AN EASY WAY TO SUPPORT

BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS VICTORIA

Closets often end up being the black hole into which discarded, unwanted and   forgotten objects disappear.

A golden rule about cleaning closets is that if you haven't worn the item, thought of the item or can't even remember owning the item, it's time to say goodbye to the item. Getting organized can not only be easy and fun but it can also allow you to start the new season off right!

And when you donate your gently used items to Big Brothers Big Sisters Victoria you will be helping to make a difference in the life of a child!

Every donation helps support our programs.  Right now we are in especially in need of good quality spring and summer clothing such as: shorts and jeans, short sleeve tops, tanks and t-shirts, sun dresses, swimwear and shoes for adults and kids

You don't have to do it all at once.  Just get started, declutter a few items every day.  Once you get going you may find yourself addicted - passing your reusable items on to others is very satisfying!

Our trucks will pick up used clothing directly from your home.  Through a partnership with Value Village, we are able to turn your gently used items into income that supports our mentoring programs.

Arranging for a Pick Up is Easy..

  1. When we call, just let us know that you have items for donation and arrangements will be made for pickup
  2. You can call us at 250-385-7226 and arrange to have your items picked up on the next available date we are in your area
  3. E-mail bbbsvictoria.com (please be sure to include your address)

We regret that our lease does not permit the drop off of donations at our office. Items for us can be taken directly to:

Value Village at 1810 Store Street

Big Brothers Big Sisters values your donations and appreciates your continued support.  Your donations are our life blood and help us in our mission to provide a quality mentoring experience for child who desires a mentor.
