Chocolate Fest, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Victoria signature event, was held on February 23, 2008 at the Victoria Conference Centre. More than 1000 attendees spend an evening surrounded by everything chocolate. Thanks to everyone who helped make Chocolate Fest a success.
